If you are paying more than $75 per visit for maintenance plan, then you are paying too much! Your central vacuum system only needs to be cleaned every four months or three times per year.
  • Annual Plan: $95 one time per year
  • Included with the premium program you get 10% off any purchases you may incur. You will never pay for service calls.

If you are paying more than $65 per visit or $195 for your yearly maintenance plan, then you are paying too much! Your central vacuum system only needs to be cleaned every four months or three times per year.
  • Annual Plan: $95 one time per year
  • Premium Plan: $195 three times per year. Pay yearly or $65 per visit
  • No Contract Required!

Central Vacuum Maintenance Programs

Tank Cleaning

Dump refuse/debris

Replace vacuum bags if required

Wash tank

Spray with bacterial disinfectant

Remove dust from electrical components  Oil bearings (If need)  Check motor carbons (Very important) Clean motor fans as needed

Clean brush roller
Oil bearings (If needed)

Remove loose debris in pipes
Clean and lube seals
Service all vacpans

Remove primary filter and clean
Clean secondary filter
Replace paper filter if needed (Only in some models)

Using special tornado power wipes, that get sucked through each inlet, they grab any leftover particles & debris inside the piping. Preventing future clogs.
